John

I received an email yesterday from my friend Mike letting me know our buddy John had tragically passed away. John was on a private 3-week river rafting trip in the Grand Canyon. While on a day-hike, he fell from a cliff and died instantly. This news is still sinking in...I had immense admiration for John, a generous, warm, kind, and fun-loving individual who affected the lives of myself and so many of my good friends in AZ. I am so happy that I was able to spend time with him here in Panama, and that he was able to travel for several months after that in other parts of this world before departing onto the next. He will be missed but certainly not forgotten.
