Shirley has been a recent and important addition in my life. We have had all kinds of recent adventures. Volcan twice, for hiking, eating sushi, looking at exotic orchids, and other things found in Volcan. Also, La Isleta hotel for kayaking, dancing, and eating amazing food. Bocas was next for a great boat tour, dancing, eating great food. We just returned from PC where my girlfriend was able to get the new 10 year residency.
I hurt my back about a month ago, and have had a few massage treatments for it. I am better but not 100%. I fear a disk injury and plan on seeking a diagnosis from a specialist.
