Looking for apartments

Lyn and I have been looking for a place to live together. Today, we saw a house on a coffee finca a few miles from town. It was a little small, but the surrounding are magnificent. And, the place comes with a dalmatian guard dog. We looked at another place that was more expensive, but had 3 bedrooms instead of two. Since we both work from home a lot, it would make more sense. We have a few more to look at tomorrow.

I went climbing this morning and grunted up my project climb. I still have a lot of work to do in order to get it clean. Cesar is going to California for a month and a half and he has asked me to take a few of his repeat clients climbing. I just have to put up a few ropes and belay for some extra cash.

I now have two properties in contract. Real estate is slow like everywhere else. I am still trying to get a solid portfolio of listings together. When the selling season comes (December - June) I will be ready!

Jess has been working on getting a dog and pony show together which should be a large community event at her equestrian center. Her hamsters have been fighting and she asked if I would take the male Russian Dwarf, Boris, off of her hands. I don't think I'm ready for hamsters again...been there, done that.
