Yesterday, I rode the horse that hates me. I gave him cookies and coffee, and brushed him first in hopes he wouldn't launch me into the bushes. Jess, Julian, Eric, Jason and I all rode for about an hour. It was a lot of fun, and I think the horse that hates me is easing up a bit. I'm going to bring him carrots next time.
I moved out of my hostel yesterday and into my new place on the coffee farm. I love the new place! It is close to Volcan Baru, the highest volcano in the area. I watched Machete and 12 Monkeys with Lyn (my roommate) and her boyfriend Ballardo (aka Jaguarman). It is so nice here! Did I mention I love it? Junior walked in the back door around lunch time, so I gave him a cracker and he went on his way. That's the deal...I give him treats, and he protects the property.
