Today, I looked at a few properties with someone from the agency, drove to David, met with people from the agency, and accepted (unofficially) the position of "real estate consultant." I begin immediately with a satellite office in Boquete. Tomorrow, I will preview a few properties to prepare for a client coming in this weekend. I am committed to six months at this point, so I'll see what happens!
Tonight, I have been busy downloading pirated TV shows because even if I want to pay for them, I am unable to view anything made in the good ol' US of A because even ITunes apparently knows I'm not in the US, so it won't let me pay for and download what I would like to see. So, I resort to stealing now. I have not made this a practice in the states, but being able to watch familiar TV on my computer helps me deal with distance from home and my familiar culture. Hey, if you Network TV peeps won't even let me pay you to see what I want to see, then %$&* you, I'm doing it!
Within thirty minutes of viewing my newly-pirated TV shows, I killed three cockroaches and trapped two hairy spiders 2.5 inches in diameter which I then released outdoors. I believe spiders serve a purpose so I don't kill them like I do the roaches. However (yes you, spiders), if you're not contributing to my rent, then you are not able to stay in my room, sorry. You'll have to go outside.

Could you describe the roaches there in great detail please? I am still in the midst of a 5 year long war with the internal and external enemy here in Texas...and you may have heard...everything's bigger in Texas. Still seeing a peace treaty....
