Today was a full day. I prepared my homework for Jorge. We have a system down that seems to benefit us both. I write a page of questions/statements in English. Under each question, I write how I think it would translate in Spanish. Then I leave a blank line for any corrections. Jorge does the same, and we are able to both learn a lot in a short amount of time. I try to make my questions or statements those that I found difficulty saying during the day before. Amalia joins in sometimes, and we have a lot of fun.
After that, I put together a list of listings in the area which I will go see with an agent tomorrow. He has a client coming over the weekend, so we are "hunting" for a home that fits his specs. Then, I go to David to meet with my potential employers, and look over employment contracts. It's possible I will sign if everything looks good.
I ran about 9 miles, and did Plyometrics for a half hour after...exhausting stuff! I love it!
I figure I'm spending an average of $20/day right now. Not bad. I learned today that if I return beer bottles and get new ones, they cost 35 cents each. I cook at home a lot too. I think I might stay right where I am, because the place is still empty, close to town, someone does my laundry and cleans my room, and I have in-house Spanish lessons for free.
