On Sunday, a group of friends (Fred, Maru, Lyn, Patricia, Stone, Reggie, and I) loaded up the cars with food and drinks, and headed to a beautiful piece of land along the Caldera river for a picnic and swimming. We brought a grill and cooked up veggies, beef kabobs, and pineapple, Maru brought seafood fried rice, and Lyn brought home-made potato salad. It was a perfect day to get out of town and enjoy some nature.
